Forum Retreats

Meaningful Work.
Unforgettable Experiences.

Bring your forum together for deep conversations, shared adventures, great food, and the kind of connection that only happens when the distractions disappear.

One of the things forums notice quickly is that this is not a retreat where Andy pops in, teaches a session, and disappears.

Andy personally guides the experience. He is with your forum through the work, the meals, the activities, and the conversations that happen in between. He helps read the room, adjust the flow, and make sure the retreat becomes what your group actually needs.

You get here. We take care of the rest.

More Than A Retreat.
A Shared Experience.

Bring your forum to the Boundless Farm for a multi-day experience that gives you something most people don’t get: space. Space to step out of the day-to-day, slow things down, and have the conversations that actually matter.

There’s structure—but it’s not rigid.
We’ll guide the process, help you get clear on what’s going on in your lives and businesses, and make sure you leave with direction—not just good conversation.

The setting does a lot of the work.
Being out here changes how people show up. You think differently. You listen better. You say the things you’ve been holding onto. Whether it’s around the table, walking the property, or sitting by the water, the environment naturally pulls people into deeper connection.

And yeah—there’s some fun built in.
Good food, time outside, a little adventure. But that’s not the point. The point is what happens when you put the right people in the right place with enough time to actually engage.

Every forum is different. Some groups want more work. Some need more play. Some need a little of both, and sometimes the weather decides the order. The point is not to force a rigid schedule. The point is to create the right mix of forum work, shared meals, outdoor experiences, expert perspective, downtime, and the kind of conversations that only happen when the group is fully present. Here’s one example of how a four-day experience could come together.

Day 1
  • Arrival, Food, and the First Real Conversations
Get settled, take in the farm, and let the group land. The first night is intentionally easy: good food, a curated wine or bourbon tasting, and time together without an overbuilt agenda. It sets the tone for the days ahead and gives your forum room to reconnect before the deeper work begins.

Day 2
  • Forum Work and Farm Play
Start the morning with whatever helps your group wake up: a woods walk, time in the gym, stretching, or a cold plunge. After breakfast, Andy leads the forum through focused work around life, business, family, and what each person is carrying into the room. Then the day opens up into the farm: fishing, kayaking, time at the Boat House, shared meals, and an evening by the fire.

Day 3
  • Outside Perspective and Shared Adventure
The day can shift based on what the group needs. Bring in an outside expert for a focused conversation, go deeper on the work from the day before, or move into an afternoon of adventure: skeet shooting, axe throwing, ATV rides, fishing, or time on the water. The goal is simple: give your forum something meaningful to work through and something memorable to experience together.

Day 4
  • Departure
Share one last breakfast, take one more walk, and head home with stronger relationships, clearer perspective, and a shared experience your forum will keep talking about.

Boat House
Where the Best Conversations Happen

Where time slows and the water calls. Constructed from 100+ year-old barn wood, the Boat House is a charming hideaway perched on the edge of the lake - designed for rest, reflection, and simple pleasures. Here, guests can:

  • Take out the fishing boat or kayaks for a peaceful glide across the water
  • Enjoy catch-and-release fishing, with the lake stocked with Tiger Bass and Crappie.
  • Simply sit back and soak in the serenity of the natural surroundings.

Just steps from the shoreline, guests can also unwind in the lakeside spa - an experience crafted for deep restoration. The oversized, 10-person sauna is built in an old-world style with rich natural wood and hand-finished details, offering a warmth that feels both grounding and indulgent. Set beside the lake and accompanied by the gentle sound of a cascading waterfall, the sauna invites relaxation from the moment you arrive. As steam rises and the fire crackles, gaze out over the water, breathe in the fresh air, and let the blend of heat, nature, and timeless craftsmanship carry you into complete calm.

Lakes, Trails, and Open Spaces

  • 10 acres of professionally maintained lakes, perfect for fishing and water activities.
  • Expansive wooded trails for long walks, reflection, or adventurous explorations.
  • 30 acres of agricultural fields, adding to the beauty and function of the farm.

The Experience
Matters

The activities are not a break from the retreat. They are part of what makes it work. Fishing, ATV rides, shooting sports, axe throwing, cold plunges, workouts, walks, meals, and fireside time give your forum shared experiences that change the way people connect. You still do the work. You just do it in a place that makes the work feel different.

Bring in Fresh
Perspective

Some forums want to expand the conversation with a fresh voice. We can bring in the right expert for a focused session around leadership, health, relationships, strategy, or a specific business challenge your group wants to explore. Simple format. Useful perspective. No wasted time.
